…and I’m here to help. Sometimes things can happen to us in life and we can end up getting stuck in a spiral of anxiety, depression, shame, frustration, sadness and anger and our lives and relationships often suffer from because of it.
Big emotions are part of the human experience. However, sometimes these uncomfortable emotions can take over, wreak havoc in our lives and relationships and it’s hard to find the way out on our own.
You don’t have to hold these big emotions by yourself any longer.
I help people heal their hearts so they can thrive in their lives and relationships.
Through an experiential form of therapy called Gestalt, I help people to connect with and navigate these big emotions and release them for good so they can allow in more joy, confidence, and happiness into their worlds. I help people heal the pain from bad experiences and gain healthy communication skills so they can show up as a lighter, more authentic version of themselves.
